The designer always implements two forces at work in fashion: innocence and its brazen opposite and her clothes also spell vivacity and freshness in bubbly colours. She focuses on a merged contemporary look in pręt, diffusion and couture-utilitarian, Oriental, Indian kitsch and modern classic and prints accentuated with exquisite embroidery and uniquely processed fabrics. The look of designs for woman is punk fused vintage and in pulsating colours like kumkum red, candy pink, turquoise, ochre, fuchsia, ivory beige and charcoal black that manages to be both saucy. Preeti Jhawar conceptualise in distinctive method for surface treatments and embellishments with textures and prints and accentuated with exquisite embroidery of old copper coins, pita mal, zardosi, shells, wooden beads and patchwork. She also utilises modern fabrics and elegant innovative tailoring to create one of a kind couture, inspite of predictable garment lines such as kurtas, westerns, saris and lehengas complemented with trendy bags and accessories.
